Terms and Conditions for Coach Keewee’s 2024 E-Commerce Development Grant
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Coach Keewee 2024 E-Commerce Development Grant (“Grant”). By applying for the Grant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Applicants must be a small business or non-profit organization located in a marginalized community of color.
- The business or organization must be 5 years old or younger.
- The Grant is open to businesses and organizations based in the United States.
3. Application Process
- Applicants must complete the official Grant application form available at CoachKeewee.com/grants.
- All applications must be received by the deadline specified on the Grant page.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
4. Grant Awards
- The Grant provides up to $1000 in vouchers redeemable exclusively at CoachKeewee.com.
- Vouchers can be used for website development, domain registration, and hosting services offered by Coach Keewee.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Use of Vouchers
- Vouchers must be used within one year from the date of award.
- Services provided under the Grant must be used for the applicant’s business or organizational needs.
- Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited after the expiration date.
6. Obligations of Recipients
- Grant recipients must acknowledge Coach Keewee on their website with a statement such as “Handcrafted by CoachKeewee.com”.
- Recipients agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the Grant as requested by Coach Keewee.
- Recipients must provide feedback and updates on the impact of the services received through the Grant.
7. Privacy
- Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Grant.
- Coach Keewee will not share personal information with third parties without the applicant’s consent.
8. Selection Process
- Grant applications will be reviewed by a selection committee appointed by Coach Keewee.
- The selection committee’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Successful applicants will be notified via email and announced on the Coach Keewee website.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Coach Keewee is not responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the vouchers or the services provided under the Grant.
- Coach Keewee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Grant at any time without prior notice.
